Russia-Vietnam Talks in The Kremlin Moscow, 10 May 2025: The President of Russia Vladimir Putin is holding talks in the Kremlin with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam, who is currently on an official visit to Russia. The international consultations began with a meeting between Vladimir Putin and To Lam in a restricted format and continued in the format of an official breakfast attended by members of the Russian and Vietnamese delegations.
