The solemn occasion saw Shri Justice Gavai make and subscribe to the oath before the President of India, affirming his commitment to upholding the Constitution and delivering justice impartially. Shri Justice Gavai, who has had an illustrious career within the judiciary, ascends to the highest judicial office in the land, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a steadfast dedication to the principles of fairness and equality before the law.
