Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha Visits Shelter and Lodgement Centre at Sahib Bandgi Ashram, Mishriwala; Meets Families Affected by Cross-Border Shelling Jammu, 12 May 2025: The Honourable Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, today visited the shelter and lodgement centre established at Sahib Bandgi Ashram in Mishriwala to meet with the families displaced by unprovoked cross-border shelling by Pakistan. During his interaction with the affected families, the Lieutenant Governor expressed his deep concern for their well-being and reiterated the administration’s unwavering commitment to their safety and support. “The Government is actively supporting and prioritising the well-being and interests of its citizens. Your safety, security and prosperity is our top priority,” said Shri Manoj Sinha. The visit reflects the continued efforts of the Jammu and Kashmir administration to provide relief, reassurance, and necessary assistance to those impacted by such hostile actions.
